Academy Leadership Teaches Business Strategies Based on Military Principals at the Wharton School

Contributing to the Wharton School of Business MBA program, Academy Leadership of King of Prussia, PA recently offered a seminar called From Plato to NATO: Military Contributions to Business Thinking."

Presented by Director of Communications and Training Michael McDannell, the seminar stressed accountability, the burden of leadership and lessons that can be learned from military organizations and applied to corporate entities.

"The leadership principles that make the U.S. armed forces the greatest military in the world, are the same standards which make effective leadership in corporate environments," stressed McDannell.

Founded by graduates of the prestigious U.S. Service Academies, Academy teaches time-tested, proven and results-driven leadership strategies taught at West Point, the U.S. Naval Academy and the U.S. Air Force Academy.
