Academy Leadership Announces Appointment of Executive Coach

King of Prussia, PA, cademy Leadership is pleased to announce that Ted Verdery has joined the King of Prussia-based leadership development company as Executive Coach. In his new position, Mr.Verdery's priorities will include providing client support for national accounts which seek leadership skills enhancement for individuals and teams at the executive level. 

A seasoned strategist and turnaround expert, Verdery served as Chairman & CEO for Environmental Elements, a New York Stock Exchange listed company in Baltimore, Maryland. Prior to his work with EEC, Verdery was Division President of two subsidiaries within Asea Brown Boveri, Inc. in Stamford, Connecticut. Verdery's coaching experience includes work with senior executives of numerous companies to develop effective management and business development strategies. As Chairman of a community service organization with over 60,000 members, Verdery consulted effectively with a 100 person board allowing for the organization's tremendous growth. Verdery has successfully served as mentor and coach for high potential executives in multiple industries, including manufacturing, energy, technology and consulting. 

Mr. Verdery is a 1967 graduate of the United States Naval Academy and served in the Nuclear Submarine Service. In addition, Verdery is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program and completed the Executive Leadership Coaching program at Georgetown University.

Academy Leadership was founded by Annapolis and West Point graduates who also have long records of success in both the military and private business sector. Using leadership principles taught at the academies, Academy Leadership's mission is to develop leaders who accomplish goals and achieve business results.
